About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a blue L-shaped fabric sofa paired with a rustic wood and metal coffee table set. This set includes a modular L-shaped sofa upholstered in a vibrant blue fabric, complemented by a selection of beige scatter cushions. The sofa features a low-profile design with a left-hand chaise configuration. Accompanying the seating is a rectangular coffee table, which showcases a raw-edge timber top supported by a minimalist black metal frame. The arrangement rests on a blue quilted rug, creating a cohesive visual unit. Every component is modelled to reflect standard domestic proportions, providing a balanced aesthetic suitable for modern interior compositions and detailed spatial planning.

The download is a 92.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their scene, ensuring the components are organised within a logical layer structure for easy manipulation. The geometry is clean, allowing for straightforward texture mapping or material adjustments within the native interface. Designers should scale the group to suit specific project dimensions before applying lighting setups. Using tags to isolate the sofa from the table allows for flexible layout variations, while the included rug provides a helpful reference for floor area coverage.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set works well in contemporary apartments or family home interiors. It serves as a focal point for lounge areas, pairing seamlessly with neutral floor finishes and modern decor. Professionals might search for this when planning open-plan living spaces, staging interior renders, or developing furniture layouts for client presentations. The set is particularly effective in projects requiring a touch of colour, fitting comfortably into casual, relaxed living environments or staged show flat interiors.
