Contemporary Grey Marble and Ochre Coffee Table Set

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table set features a distinctive two-tier design combining a grey marble surface with a solid ochre base. Defined by its dual-level geometry, this coffee table combines a thin, cantilevered grey marble slab with a deeper, solid ochre-coloured block. The contrast between the cool, veined stone and the warm, matte finish of the lower section creates a balanced aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The set includes curated decorative accessories: a glass vase with delicate dried stems, a minimalist rectangular tray, and two small human-form sculptures perched on the edge. This composition provides a ready-made focal point for high-end lounge areas, offering a sophisticated interplay of texture, colour, and scale.

The download is a 14.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max scene, use the align tool to ensure the base sits flush on the floor plane. The marble and ochre materials are mapped to separate geometry groups, allowing for easy adjustment of glossiness or reflection values to match your specific lighting setup. Check that the pivot point is at the base for efficient placement within your interior renders. If scaling the object, ensure the decorative accessories are grouped or scaled proportionally to maintain visual realism.

Ideal for luxury residential living rooms, high-end hotel lobbies, or executive waiting areas, this coffee table serves as a central design element. It pairs well with low-profile modular sofas and large-scale area rugs. Designers searching for a statement piece to anchor a contemporary seating arrangement will find this model particularly effective. It is suitable for projects ranging from residential refurbishments to boutique commercial spaces, providing a refined, finished look without the need for additional styling assets in your architectural visualisation workflow.
