The download is a 5.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, ensure the model is placed on a flat plane at the zero-coordinate level for accurate integration. The fabric textures are mapped to standard material slots; check the UVW map coordinates if scaling the object to fit specific room dimensions. The scatter cushions are typically separated as individual objects, allowing for easy repositioning or removal depending on the desired visual composition. Use standard scene lighting to highlight the fabric grain and the depth of the dark burgundy tones.

This sofa serves as a primary seating element in residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables or low-profile side units. Interior designers frequently search for this type of three-seater sofa when specifying furniture for high-end residential projects or hospitality suites where a touch of colour is required. Its neutral form makes it versatile for staging, whether placed against a light-coloured wall or as part of a larger conversation set in a spacious interior.
