Contemporary Grey Lacquer Wall-Mounted Work Desk with Chair Set

This contemporary wall-mounted work desk set, modelled in 3ds Max, features a sleek grey lacquer finish and a matching swivel chair. The desk features a clean, minimalist aesthetic with rounded corners and a wall-mounted configuration that creates a floating appearance. It includes integrated storage drawers along the front apron for essential office supplies. The accompanying swivel task chair is upholstered in a dark grey fabric, supported by a polished metal base. The set is presented with curated desktop accessories, including a modern desk lamp with a brass finish, a leather-style desk mat, stationery, and a laptop, providing a complete, ready-to-render workspace solution for professional interior visualisation projects requiring a refined, uncluttered look.

The download is a 44.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can easily integrate this set into 3ds Max scenes by merging the file. The desk and chair are organised into logical layers, allowing for individual manipulation or material adjustments to suit specific project colour palettes. The textures are mapped for realistic light interaction, and the pivot points are correctly positioned at the floor level for the chair and the rear mounting point for the desk, simplifying the placement process against vertical surfaces within a room model.

Ideal for residential home offices, executive suites, or boutique hotel rooms, this desk set fits seamlessly into modern interior designs. It serves as a functional focal point in compact workspaces where floor space is limited. Professionals looking for a polished, ready-to-use home office arrangement will find this asset efficient for high-end residential staging. It pairs effectively with contemporary wall panelling or minimalist feature walls, providing a sophisticated solution for both luxury apartment renderings and professional workplace design presentations.
