About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features an L-shaped fabric sectional sofa with a timber plinth base, complete with a coffee table set. This L-shaped sectional sofa is defined by its clean, low-profile silhouette and textured blue fabric upholstery. The seating unit rests on a prominent natural timber plinth that extends to form the base, providing a warm contrast to the cool-toned upholstery. Multiple scatter cushions in white and cream tones are included to enhance the relaxed aesthetic. The set also comprises a nested coffee table arrangement with a dark circular top and a smaller white-topped side table, alongside a neutral-toned area rug, creating a cohesive and ready-to-use living room composition for interior visualisations.

The download is a 44.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this model into SketchUp, utilise the component hierarchy to manage individual elements like the sofa, tables, and rug separately. The materials are mapped as standard textures, allowing for easy adjustment of fabric scales or wood grain orientation within the Material Editor. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to maintain scene organisation, and use the native scaling tools to fit the furniture footprint accurately within your floor plan, especially when working with tight residential layouts.

Ideally suited for residential living room projects, this sectional sofa works well in open-plan apartments or family homes where a casual, inviting seating arrangement is required. It pairs effectively with minimalist or contemporary decor schemes, providing a focal point for lounge areas. Professionals can search for this asset when specifying modular seating solutions, low-profile furniture sets, or when populating interior scenes that require a balanced mix of soft textures, natural wood elements, and functional, layered coffee table clusters for realistic staging.
