About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey lacquer two-drawer nightstand paired with a modern glass globe table lamp. The nightstand showcases a clean, boxy silhouette finished in a matte grey lacquer, complemented by slim, metallic horizontal drawer pulls. It is elevated on a low-profile metallic base. Resting atop the surface is a spherical globe lamp, featuring a clear glass shade supported by a cylindrical metallic stem that echoes the tone of the furniture hardware. The composition is balanced and functional, offering a cohesive look for modern interiors. The drawers appear to be handle-less or integrated, maintaining the sleek aesthetic throughout the piece, with precise joinery visible in the clean, sharp edges.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the lamp and nightstand as individual components. Users can adjust the metallic finish of the hardware and base independently. The glass material of the globe is set up for standard ray-traced rendering, requiring a light source inside the sphere to achieve the intended illumination effect. Scaling is consistent, allowing for quick placement into bedroom scenes without complex adjustments to the model geometry or pivot points.

This set is ideal for high-end residential master suites, luxury hotel guest rooms, and boutique apartment projects. It pairs effectively with upholstered bed frames and minimalist wall panelling. Designers often search for these items when specifying bedside storage and lighting solutions that require a unified, professional finish. It is suitable for use in both conceptual design stages and final high-fidelity visualisations, providing a polished, ready-to-render detail for any contemporary interior scheme focusing on clean lines and sophisticated material contrasts.
