About this asset

This contemporary double bed scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric upholstered frame set against matching vertical timber wall panelling. The assembly comprises a low-profile double bed with a soft, rounded upholstered headboard and frame in a neutral grey textile. It is framed by a full-width, floor-to-ceiling vertical timber wall panel system that serves as a backdrop. The vignette includes a dark wood-finish floor, a layered area rug, two small cylindrical ottomans, and a slender metal side table. Decorative elements consist of a potted indoor plant on a stand and a gallery wall arrangement featuring four framed monochrome prints, creating a cohesive, ready-to-use bedroom interior composition.

The download is a 82.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components to allow for easy manipulation of the bed frame, wall panels, and individual decorative items. Users can adjust the overall scale or swap texture maps on the timber panels and fabric surfaces to suit specific project palettes. Ensure the model is placed at the correct floor elevation and check that the component axes are aligned for efficient integration into larger architectural models or interior visualisations.

Ideal for residential master suites or luxury hotel room concepts, this bedroom scene provides a quick solution for high-quality interior staging. It integrates well into architectural walkthroughs and static renders where a fully furnished, contemporary aesthetic is required. Designers often search for pre-composed bedroom sets like this when working on tight deadlines or developing mood boards for client presentations. The neutral colour scheme allows it to pair easily with various flooring types and lighting configurations in both modern and transitional interior styles.
