Contemporary Grey Fabric Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric sofa, a black coffee table, and coordinating decor accessories. The primary element is a low-profile, two-seater sofa upholstered in a light grey textured fabric, featuring deep seat cushions and cylindrical armrests. It is accompanied by a collection of scatter cushions in neutral and blue tones. The set includes a rectangular coffee table with a dark glass top and a minimalist wooden frame, placed upon a fringed area rug. Wall-mounted artwork and a small table lamp are also included to complete the composition. The furniture proportions are balanced, offering a clean aesthetic suitable for modern residential interiors where comfort and simplicity are prioritised.

The download is a 24.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual components. Users can scale the entire assembly to fit specific floor plans or isolate the sofa for use as a standalone asset. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily replaced or adjusted in the material editor to match project-specific colour palettes. Proper layering ensures that the decor items, such as the rug and artwork, can be toggled off if they are not required.

This living room scene is ideal for residential design projects, particularly for quick visualisation in early-stage conceptual planning or client presentations. It integrates seamlessly into interior design workflows, pairing well with contemporary apartment layouts or open-plan living areas. Professionals searching for a ready-made lounge arrangement will find this set useful for staging virtual spaces. It is frequently employed in projects where a neutral, versatile seating area is needed to define a space without overwhelming the surrounding architectural features.
