Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa with Chaise in Pink

This contemporary 3ds Max sectional sofa features a grey fabric finish, a chaise lounge configuration, and contrasting decorative cushions. This contemporary sectional sofa features a low-profile, clean-lined silhouette suitable for modern living spaces. The piece is upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, providing a soft, tactile aesthetic. It includes a dedicated chaise lounge section on one side, offering extended seating comfort. Three decorative scatter cushions are included—two in a soft blush pink and one in a dark charcoal brown—adding subtle depth and a layered, inviting appearance to the overall seating arrangement.

The download is a 30.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed on the floor plane using the pivot point at the base of the legs. The fabric materials are ready for texture mapping adjustments to match your specific interior lighting conditions. Use the provided object layers to manage the scatter cushions independently from the main sofa frame. This allows for quick repositioning or removal to suit different camera angles and shot requirements within your architectural visualisation project.

This sectional sofa is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, and boutique hotel lobbies. Its versatile grey palette pairs effectively with minimalist interiors, warm timber flooring, or textured area rugs. Professionals searching for comfortable, modern lounge furniture will find this piece useful for defining conversational zones in floor plans. It is an ideal inclusion for staging interior renders that require a balanced, lived-in feel, effectively complementing coffee tables, floor lamps, and contemporary wall art installations.
