About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp lounge set features a grey fabric sectional sofa with a chaise, matching poufs, and a coffee table. This comprehensive living room set comprises a linear sectional sofa with an integrated chaise lounge, finished in a neutral grey fabric upholstery. The sofa sits on slim, dark metal legs, providing a clean, floating aesthetic. Accompanying the primary seating are two cylindrical fabric poufs and a rectangular coffee table with a white top and dark metal frame. The arrangement is completed by a collection of decorative cushions in solid white and black-and-white checkered patterns, alongside a soft throw blanket draped over one of the poufs to add texture and a lived-in feel.

The download is a 51.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a series of nested groups or components, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of the sofa, table, and poufs. Users can maintain the model's visual integrity by applying high-resolution textures to the fabric and metal surfaces using the materials panel. For rendering workflows, ensure the component axes are set to the base of the furniture to facilitate quick snapping to floor planes and efficient arrangement within larger interior scenes.

This lounge set is ideal for residential living room designs, open-plan apartments, and hotel lobby lounge areas where a cohesive, modern aesthetic is required. The neutral colour palette and clean lines make it a versatile choice for staging contemporary interiors during the design development phase. Professionals can easily integrate this set into floor plans to define conversation zones, pairing it with area rugs, floor lamps, and wall art to create a complete, inviting space for client presentations or final high-quality visualisations.
