About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max scene features a grey fabric sectional sofa paired with a marble coffee table and matching accent chairs. This comprehensive living room set includes a low-profile sectional sofa with a chaise lounge, upholstered in a mix of solid grey fabric and a subtly patterned grey textile. The composition is centred around a square coffee table with a polished black marble top and a distinctive gold-toned metal base. Two rounded armchairs, featuring dark grey upholstery and curved gold frames, complement the seating area. The set is accessorised with a large geometric rug, a branching chandelier, wall sconces, a small pedestal side table, and decorative sculptural elements, creating a cohesive, high-end aesthetic.

The download is a 63.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this scene into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your master scene and manage the objects using the layer manager to keep the geometry organised. The assets are provided as separate, grouped entities, allowing for individual adjustments to positioning or materials. Ensure the UV maps are checked for scale consistency when applying custom textures, and use the existing light setup as a reference for your own V-Ray or Corona lighting pass to achieve the intended atmospheric balance.

Ideal for high-end residential interior visualisations, this set works perfectly in spacious open-plan living rooms or luxury hotel lobby lounges. It pairs effectively with dark timber flooring or polished concrete surfaces, grounding the space with its sophisticated palette. Designers looking for a refined, contemporary look will find this set useful for staging premium apartment renders. Search terms such as luxury lounge furniture, grey sectional set, and modern living room arrangement will help locate this asset within a busy project library.
