About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric sectional SketchUp model features a complete lounge set including an armchair, coffee table, and ottoman. This curated living room set comprises a modular sectional sofa with a left-hand chaise, upholstered in a neutral grey fabric. The arrangement is complemented by a curved-back armchair featuring a dark timber frame and grey fabric seat. A low-profile black coffee table accompanies a matching cream-coloured square ottoman. The ensemble includes a wall-mounted swing-arm floor lamp in black metal and a textured grey area rug. Throw cushions in white and beige provide subtle contrast. The clean lines and neutral palette define a versatile, modern aesthetic suitable for various interior design schemes.

The download is a 59.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy repositioning of individual components like the armchair or coffee table. Users should check the layer or tag structure upon import to manage visibility of the rug and lighting elements independently. Materials are applied as standard textures; ensure that texture paths are re-linked if missing. The set is scaled for immediate placement into residential floor plans, and the geometry is optimised for efficient rendering within the native environment.

This furniture set is ideal for staging residential living room projects, hotel lobbies, or contemporary apartment show homes. It pairs well with minimalist or transitional interior styles. Professionals searching for a complete lounge composition will find this useful for quick visualisation of open-plan living spaces. Its neutral colour scheme makes it a reliable asset for developers and interior designers looking to populate 3D scenes with cohesive, ready-to-use furniture clusters that maintain a professional, high-end appearance in architectural presentations.
