This curated living room assembly comprises a modular sectional sofa with an extended chaise, accompanied by a sculptural armchair and a minimalist square coffee table. The sofa is finished in a soft grey upholstery with an assortment of contrasting white and grey scatter cushions. The components are designed to work in harmony, offering a balanced mix of deep, comfortable seating and clean-lined, modern structural elements.

The download is a 65.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp collection into your project, import the file as a component and place it directly onto your floor plan. The individual elements are grouped, allowing for easy repositioning or separation if required. Use the native scale tool to adjust the overall dimensions to suit your specific room size. Apply high-resolution textures to the fabric and metal surfaces to enhance realism during rendering, and ensure the model is positioned correctly on the floor plane to avoid clipping with your interior surfaces.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this furniture set is well-suited for open-plan living areas, luxury apartment lounges, or hotel lobby seating zones.
