Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for 3ds Max features an L-shaped fabric sectional, two leather armchairs, and a marble coffee table. This comprehensive furniture collection centers on a large L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in textured grey fabric, featuring integrated side tables and tufted seat cushions. It is complemented by two dark brown leather armchairs with slender black frames and a matching rectangular bench. The arrangement is anchored by a low-profile coffee table composed of contrasting black marble and solid dark timber blocks. Decorative elements, including throw pillows in varying brown tones and a draped textile, enhance the composition. The set provides a cohesive aesthetic, balancing soft upholstery with structured, dark-toned hard surfaces for a refined interior environment.

The download is a 87.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this collection is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the sofa, chairs, and table components. Users can merge the entire set into a scene and adjust the positioning of individual elements to suit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped with standard texture channels, ready for fine-tuning in the material editor. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient viewport performance while maintaining visual fidelity for high-end interior visualisations, provided the user manages the scene's lighting and camera angles effectively.
