Contemporary Grey Fabric Rectangular Dining Set with Six Chairs

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a glass-top rectangular table and six upholstered grey fabric chairs. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with a dark glass surface and six matching chairs. The chairs feature a curved, semi-enclosed backrest upholstered in a light grey fabric, supported by tapered black legs finished with gold-toned caps. The table frame maintains a clean, minimalist profile, complementing the refined aesthetic of the seating. The set includes integrated decorative table settings, such as plates, cutlery, and candles, which provide a realistic scale and sense of use. The proportions are balanced, suitable for formal dining areas where a sophisticated, cohesive furniture arrangement is required.

The download is a 51.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should import this 3ds Max model into their project scene as a cohesive group. The chairs and table are typically layered separately, allowing for easy adjustment of the seating arrangement or individual replacement. Materials are assigned using standard slots, which can be easily swapped for custom textures or adjusted for specific render engine requirements. The included table props are grouped for quick removal if a cleaner, empty table surface is preferred for specific design renders.

This set is ideal for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury apartments, and boutique hospitality projects. It pairs well with modern pendant lighting and minimalist interior palettes. Designers often search for this type of asset when visualising open-plan living and dining areas, or when staging formal meeting spaces. It provides a ready-made solution for creating realistic interior scenes, saving time during the development of architectural visualisations for client presentations or marketing materials in contemporary real estate developments.
