About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric modular sofa scene for SketchUp features a chaise-longue configuration, coffee table, and wall decor. This living room scene centers on a deep-seated, modular sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, paired with an integrated chaise on the right side. The seating is accented by a mix of light grey and beige scatter cushions. Accompanying the sofa is a two-tier circular coffee table with a black stone top and a white vertical-slat base. The composition is completed by a contemporary spiral pendant light and a grey textured wall panel adorned with a cluster of white butterfly wall art, all set upon a geometric patterned rug.

The download is a 67.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

This SketchUp model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can modify the overall layout by ungrouping the sofa modules or substituting the coffee table with alternative assets. Since the materials are applied to native geometry, they can be updated using the default SketchUp material editor or exported to external render engines. Placing this asset requires ensuring the model origin is set to the floor plane for correct alignment within your architectural project files.
