About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a grey fabric modular sofa, matching leather armchairs, and concrete accents. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centers on a modular sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, featuring a low-profile design with integrated end-table storage in a dark finish. The set includes two grey leather-upholstered armchairs on slender metal bases, providing a coordinated seating configuration. Decorative elements such as nesting coffee tables, a potted plant, and a spherical table lamp add layer and texture. The composition is anchored by three vertical concrete-textured panels that serve as a backdrop, establishing a sophisticated, cohesive aesthetic suitable for modern interiors requiring a complete, ready-to-use furniture ensemble.

The download is a 70.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate this scene directly into 3ds Max projects by merging the file into the master scene. The modular components are organized in logical groups, allowing for easy repositioning or individual object extraction. Standard material slots are assigned for texture adjustments, and the lighting setup can be adapted by replacing or supplementing the existing elements with project-specific HDRI or photometric lights to match the desired render environment and exposure settings.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas, this set provides a balanced, ready-styled focal point for interior visualizations. It pairs effectively with minimalist, contemporary, or industrial design schemes. Designers searching for complete furniture layouts, modular lounge seating, or high-quality living room staging assets will find this collection versatile for various stages of project development, from initial concept renders to final architectural presentations requiring detailed, realistic interior furnishings.
