The download is a 193 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max model directly into their scene, where the components are typically organised by object type for easy manipulation. The modular nature allows for reconfiguring the sofa segments to suit different floor plans. Materials are applied using standard mapping techniques, allowing for adjustments to the fabric texture or stone reflectivity to match specific project requirements. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned after placement to facilitate efficient snapping against walls or other interior architectural elements.
