Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Corner Sofa Scene

This contemporary grey fabric modular corner sofa scene for SketchUp features a complete living room arrangement with tables and decor. This comprehensive living room set centers on a modular corner sofa upholstered in a textured grey fabric, featuring a configuration with a chaise end and multiple scatter cushions. The scene is accessorized with a pair of circular nesting coffee tables with slender black metal frames and white circular tops. Decorative elements include a potted indoor plant, a minimalist wooden sculptural object on a shallow tray, and a set of white floor candles. An abstract triptych wall art piece is included, providing a cohesive aesthetic for a modern residential interior.

The download is a 24.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is structured as a collection of components, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual items. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily scaled or replaced to suit specific project requirements. Users should check the layer or tag organization upon import to manage the visibility of the decor items versus the main furniture pieces. Always ensure the model origin is correctly set to the floor plane when merging this set into a larger project file.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set is suited for early-stage conceptual planning and final presentation renders. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interiors, providing a ready-to-use focal point for lounge areas. Professionals can search for this asset when needing a complete, balanced seating arrangement that includes essential decor items like coffee tables and wall art. It functions effectively in apartments, townhouses, or open-plan living spaces where a cohesive, modern aesthetic is required for client visualization and spatial planning.
