About this asset

This contemporary living room set for 3ds Max features a grey fabric sofa, matching armchairs, and tables in a coordinated layout. This comprehensive furniture arrangement comprises a three-seater sofa and two matching armchairs, all upholstered in a textured grey fabric with refined, sweeping backrests and dark wooden legs. The set is anchored by a rectangular coffee table with a glass top and a black frame, complemented by two matching square side tables. Lighting is provided by a six-arm chandelier with cream-coloured shades, supported by two matching table lamps. A large, neutral-toned area rug completes the ensemble, providing a cohesive foundation for the various pieces included in this curated interior design collection.

The download is a 29 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this collection is organised into logical layers allowing for easy selection and manipulation of individual components. Users should ensure all textures are correctly mapped to their respective geometry upon merging into the primary scene. The lighting setup, including the chandelier and table lamps, is configured for standard rendering workflows, though adjustments to light intensity and colour temperature may be necessary to match the specific requirements of a project's lighting scheme and overall environmental exposure settings.

Ideal for residential interior visualisations, this set works well in formal living rooms, hotel lobbies, or high-end apartment staging. The neutral colour palette and contemporary lines make it a versatile choice for designers looking to populate large open-plan spaces quickly. Professionals searching for a complete lounge furniture solution will find this set efficient for creating balanced, ready-to-render interiors. It pairs effectively with modern architectural finishes and can be easily adapted to various project stages, from initial concept renders to final marketing visuals.
