About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa set features a grey fabric L-shaped sectional paired with a low-profile natural wood coffee table. This set includes a modular L-shaped sofa and a matching square coffee table with softened, rounded corners. The sofa is upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring a clean-lined timber frame that wraps around the base and backrests. Three square scatter cushions in a slightly darker shade provide contrast. The coffee table is finished in a light, natural wood grain, mirroring the frame of the sofa. The overall aesthetic is low-slung and minimalist, emphasizing long, horizontal lines and a relaxed, comfortable seating arrangement suitable for modern living spaces.

The download is a 46.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming for easy selection of the sofa and table components. The fabric textures are mapped with standard UV coordinates, while the wood grain on the table uses a procedural or tiled map for realistic scaling. Users can easily reposition the sofa sections or adjust the coffee table placement within the scene. The model is scaled to real-world units, allowing for immediate integration into interior design projects without requiring extensive geometric adjustments.

Ideal for residential living rooms, this set works well in open-plan apartments or minimalist lounge areas where a low-profile furniture arrangement is desired. It pairs effectively with neutral floor finishes and soft area rugs. Professionals searching for cohesive furniture layouts for contemporary interior projects will find this set useful for staging. It is suitable for both high-end residential developments and casual family spaces, offering a balanced and functional seating solution that complements a variety of modern interior design schemes.
