About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric curved sofa for 3ds Max features a sleek, organic silhouette and includes a set of decorative accent cushions. Defined by its fluid, crescent-shaped profile, this sofa offers a soft, inviting aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The upholstery is a neutral beige textile, providing a clean base for the included scatter cushions, which feature varied textures and warm terracotta, olive, and cream tones. A draped throw is included to add a sense of lived-in realism. The frame is fully upholstered, maintaining a continuous, uninterrupted form from the backrest down to the integrated seat base, ensuring a minimalist appearance that prioritises comfort and soft, rounded geometry throughout the design.

The download is a 24.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material management. The fabric textures are mapped with high-quality tiling, allowing for adjustments in scale or colour within the material editor. The sofa is supplied as a single, unified asset, making it straightforward to merge into existing scenes. Users should check the pivot point upon insertion, as it is typically centred at the base for ease of placement against walls or within open-plan arrangements.

This piece is an ideal choice for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or contemporary lounge areas where a focal point is required. Its curved geometry works particularly well in circular seating arrangements or as a standalone piece to soften the angular lines of modern architecture. Professionals searching for organic furniture, soft seating, or curved sofas will find this asset versatile for both staging and detailed interior visualisations. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables and textured area rugs.
