About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric L-shaped sofa set is a SketchUp model featuring a chaise lounge, a nesting coffee table, and an area rug. This furniture arrangement centres on a low-profile, L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring clean lines and deep seating. The set includes a two-piece nesting coffee table with black circular tops and slim wooden legs, providing a functional contrast to the upholstery. A monochromatic, geometric-patterned area rug anchors the composition, while a triptych of abstract wall art in shades of blue, black, and gold adds a vertical focal point. The ensemble is completed by a single crisp white scatter cushion, which provides a clean textural highlight against the grey fabric base.

The download is a 17.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can quickly drop this set into a room layout and adjust the scale to suit specific floor plans. Materials are applied with standard texture mapping, allowing for easy modification of the fabric or wood finishes. The group structure enables individual removal of the wall art or coffee tables if the full set is not required for a specific camera angle or interior scene.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set works well in contemporary apartments or open-plan lounge areas. It pairs effectively with minimalist interiors or neutral colour palettes where a balanced, ready-to-use furniture configuration is needed. Designers searching for complete living room solutions will find this useful for speeding up draft-stage renders. It is also suitable for hotel lobby mock-ups or staging high-end residential projects where a cohesive, modern aesthetic is desired for client presentations or marketing collateral.
