Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sofa Set

This contemporary grey fabric L-shaped sofa set for 3ds Max includes a matching coffee table and ottoman for a complete living room arrangement. This set features a low-profile, modular L-shaped sofa with a distinct tufted square grid pattern across the seat and back cushions. The upholstery is a neutral grey fabric, complemented by a collection of scatter cushions in varying grey tones. The ensemble includes a round, black-finished coffee table with slim metal legs and a small, patterned fabric ottoman. The pieces share a unified, modern aesthetic, with clean lines and a balanced composition suitable for open-plan living areas. The set is presented as a cohesive arrangement, providing a ready-to-use solution for interior visualisation projects.

The download is a 29.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised for efficient scene integration. Users can easily append the collection as a group or individual assets, allowing for flexible placement and scaling within a larger floor plan. Materials are mapped for standard render workflows, with clear separation between the fabric textures and the hard surface finishes of the coffee table. The geometry is clean, ensuring smooth performance when adjusting lighting or camera angles in a high-density interior scene.

This furniture set is suited for residential living room designs, hotel lobbies, and contemporary lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist or industrial interior styles, providing a grounded focal point for seating arrangements. Professionals should search for terms like modular lounge furniture, grey sectional, or modern living room sets when looking to populate interior scenes. The inclusion of an ottoman and coffee table makes it an ideal choice for staging compact apartments or expansive open-plan interiors where a coordinated look is required.
