The download is a 98.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed via a grouped hierarchy, allowing for easy selection of individual components such as the sofa, coffee table, or lighting units. Users should check the layer tags to toggle visibility of the decor items if a cleaner look is required. Applying high-resolution textures to the fabric and wood materials will help maintain visual fidelity during rendering. The assets are scaled for standard living room layouts, making them ready for immediate insertion into larger architectural scenes.

This versatile scene is ideal for residential living room visualisations, open-plan apartment designs, and interior design concept presentations. It pairs well with neutral palettes and minimalist decor, offering a ready-made focal point for staging projects. Professionals searching for a complete, cohesive living room set will find this useful for accelerating the workflow in residential developments. It is suitable for use in both early-stage design development and final high-quality architectural renderings where a fully accessorised lounge area is required.
