About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a grey fabric L-shaped sofa accompanied by a matching lounge chair, coffee table, and lighting. The primary element is a low-profile L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring a chaise lounge on the right side. The set is complemented by a single mustard-yellow armchair with slim black metal legs, echoing the sofa's minimalist aesthetic. A square white coffee table with a metal frame provides a clean focal point, while accent cushions in yellow and white add soft colour contrast. The composition is grounded by a textured rug and includes supporting decor pieces such as a floor lamp, a side table, and wall-mounted artwork.

The download is a 64.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Working with this SketchUp model involves importing the entire grouping as a component into your project file. Users can easily toggle the visibility of individual elements like the armchair or lighting fixtures using the layers or tags panel to suit specific spatial needs. The geometry is clean, allowing for quick material overrides or texture adjustments within the SketchUp material editor. Ensure the model is placed on a flat surface and aligned with your floor plan for accurate representation in interior visualisations.

This furniture arrangement is suited for residential living room designs, model apartments, and hospitality lobby concepts. It provides a quick way to populate open-plan layouts during the schematic design stage, offering a balanced aesthetic that pairs well with modern or transitional interiors. Professionals searching for 'living room furniture set', 'sectional sofa model', or 'contemporary lounge arrangement' will find this file useful for rapid prototyping and client presentations where a fully styled interior scene is required to convey scale and comfort.
