About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp pouf features a cylindrical grey fabric form draped with a patterned throw for added visual texture. Designed with a simple, cylindrical silhouette, this pouf offers a minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The body is upholstered in a tactile, mid-grey fabric, which provides a neutral foundation. A notable feature is the included soft-textured throw, rendered in a contrasting black-and-white speckled pattern, which drapes naturally over the side of the piece. The base is finished with a clean, white piping detail, grounding the form and adding a subtle graphic element. Its proportions are compact, making it an unobtrusive yet functional addition to a variety of living spaces.

The download is a 22.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a single component, allowing for easy placement within a scene. Users should maintain the current layer structure to keep the geometry and the draped throw separated, which facilitates independent adjustments or material overrides. The fabric textures are mapped to respond to standard lighting setups, though users can easily swap the materials for custom finishes via the material editor. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against standard furniture heights before final rendering to maintain spatial accuracy.

This pouf is an ideal choice for residential living rooms, bedrooms, or casual lounge areas in hospitality projects. It works effectively as an accent piece or extra seating in tight corners where space is limited. Professionals often search for this type of asset when styling reading nooks, walk-in closets, or relaxed hotel suites. It pairs well with modern armchairs or low-profile sofas, adding a layer of comfort and domestic detail to architectural visualisations and interior design presentations.
