About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric curved sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a curated living room arrangement with accent furniture. The primary focus is a low-profile, curved sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, featuring a sleek, elongated chaise section. The piece sits on a minimal metal base, providing a floating appearance. The surrounding scene includes a sculptural, organic-form armchair in a warm terracotta hue, a nested coffee table set with white tops and gold frames, and a circular upholstered ottoman. A large-scale, brass-finished spiral pendant light hangs above, while a textured rug and a corrugated wall panel backdrop complete the composition. These elements together create a balanced, modern living space layout.

The download is a 24.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a comprehensive SketchUp scene, this file is best utilised by importing the entire model into your master project file. Users should maintain the existing layering structure to easily toggle the decorative elements, such as the pendant light or rug, on or off. The materials are mapped for standard SketchUp render engines; adjust the reflection and glossiness parameters on the metal finishes and fabric textures to suit your specific lighting environment and project requirements before final visualisation output.

This living room set is suited for high-end residential projects, hotel lounges, and luxury apartment staging. It works well in open-plan layouts where a curved sofa can act as a natural room divider. Designers searching for a cohesive, ready-to-render lounge area will find this useful for quick interior visualisations. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall cladding and warm metallic accents, making it a versatile asset for contemporary interior design schemes in both private homes and boutique commercial lobby areas.
