About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair and side table set features a distinctive patterned fabric upholstery and a dark wooden frame. This set consists of a low-profile armchair paired with a small, circular side table. The armchair features a solid dark-stained wooden frame with a square base and tapered legs. The seat and backrest cushions are upholstered in a bold, botanical-inspired monochrome patterned fabric, providing a high-contrast visual element. The side table echoes the dark finish of the chair, supported by a central turned pedestal base. A small porcelain cup and saucer are included as decorative accessories on the table surface, completing the composition for immediate scene integration.

The download is a 20.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max scene, merge the assets using the Layer Manager to maintain object organisation. The materials are pre-configured, but users should verify texture pathing upon import to ensure the fabric pattern renders correctly. The armchair and table are grouped for easy placement, though they can be ungrouped to adjust the spatial relationship between the seating and the side table to suit specific interior layouts or camera angles.

This set is ideal for populating lounge areas, reading nooks, or hotel lobbies where a compact seating arrangement is required. It pairs effectively with minimalist or monochromatic interior schemes, providing a focal point through its patterned upholstery. Professionals looking for accent furniture or small-scale living room compositions will find this asset versatile for various project stages, from initial concept visualisations to final high-end architectural renders. It works well when placed beside a sofa or as a standalone pair in a quiet corner.
