About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric lounge chair scene for 3ds Max features a distinct curved silhouette and a minimalist aesthetic. This lounge chair features a sculptural, organic frame crafted from wood with a smooth grey finish. The backrest is integrated into the curved structure, providing a fluid, continuous form that wraps around the seated user. A plush, textured grey fabric cushion sits on the seat, offering a soft contrast to the rigid, geometric base. The scene also includes a small, modern side table with a metallic base and a decorative plant, creating a cohesive vignette. The proportions are low-slung and wide, typical of modern accent seating designed for comfort and visual impact.

The download is a 41.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max project, use the merge command to import the chair and its accompanying accessories into your scene file. Ensure the textures are correctly mapped by checking the material editor paths. The objects are likely grouped for easy placement, but you can detach the elements if you wish to use the chair independently. Use standard lighting setups or HDRIs to highlight the material contrast between the fabric cushion and the solid frame for realistic render results.
