About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric channel-tufted sofa set for SketchUp includes a matching armchair, ottoman, and nested coffee tables. This comprehensive living room set features a long, four-seater sofa defined by its distinct vertical channel-tufting across the back and frame. The upholstery is a neutral grey fabric, complemented by a variety of scatter cushions in leather and textile finishes. The set includes a matching armchair with a structured frame, a low-profile tan leather ottoman, and a pair of nested coffee tables with slim black metal bases and circular tops. The ensemble is completed by a small side table and a textured area rug, creating a balanced, curated aesthetic suitable for modern interior compositions.

The download is a 117 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this set into a SketchUp scene, import the component and position it using the origin point. The individual elements are grouped, allowing for easy selection and placement within your floor plan. Use the native scale tool if adjustments are needed to fit specific room dimensions. The materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, and you can apply additional textures or adjust the transparency of the glass elements to suit your specific lighting environment and project requirements.

Ideal for residential living room projects, high-end apartment staging, or hotel lobby lounge areas, this set provides a complete visual solution for interior design visualizations. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall cladding, hardwood flooring, or neutral plaster finishes. Professionals searching for cohesive furniture arrangements or ready-made lounge vignettes will find this set efficient for rapid prototyping and final interior renders. It is particularly well-suited for contemporary, open-plan spaces where a balanced, layered look is required for presentation-quality imagery.
