About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features an armchair with a grey striped fabric seat and a matching wire-base side table. The armchair features a minimalist black metal frame with light-toned wooden armrests, providing a sharp contrast to the soft, grey-toned striped upholstery. Its seat is square and compact, designed for casual lounge areas. Accompanying the seating is a complementary side table, constructed with a slender wire-cage base in black metal and a circular top. The set presents a cohesive aesthetic, combining industrial wire elements with warm wood accents and textured fabric to create a balanced piece suitable for modern interior compositions. Both items are modelled with clean, simple geometry.

The download is a 7.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a group or component, allowing for easy placement within a scene. Users should check the model scale upon insertion, as it is a common best practice to ensure the seat height aligns with standard ergonomic requirements. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted within the material editor to match specific project colour palettes or to refine the rendering output for high-quality architectural visualisations.

This set is ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or quiet reading corners in modern apartments. It pairs well with neutral interior schemes, providing a functional seating group that occupies a small footprint. Professionals can use this in early-stage conceptual renderings or final interior visualisations by searching for modern lounge furniture, accent chairs, or small occasional tables. It serves as an effective filler for empty corners or as a primary feature in a compact seating arrangement.
