About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric sofa, leather lounge chair, and stone coffee table. This curated interior scene includes a three-seater sofa upholstered in grey fabric with tan leather side panels, paired with a matching armchair featuring a swivel base and tan leather shell. A low, hexagonal coffee table with a dark marble top serves as the centrepiece. Included accessories comprise a throw blanket, decorative cushions, and small tabletop objects, creating a fully styled composition ready for immediate use in architectural visualisations.

The download is a 58.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp model by importing the entire scene as a component into your project file. The assets are organised with distinct layers for the furniture, wall panel, and decor, allowing for easy selection and modification. Ensure the model origin is set to the floor plane for accurate placement. Apply your preferred render engine materials to the fabric and stone textures to match your specific lighting environment, or use the native SketchUp geometry as a base for quick massing studies.
