About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features an oval dark walnut table paired with six matching rattan-seated chairs. This dining set comprises a substantial oval table finished in a deep walnut tone and six chairs with curved backrests. The chairs are defined by their slender, dark-stained timber frames and contrasting natural rattan woven seats, which provide a textural balance to the smooth wooden surfaces. Each leg on both the table and the chairs is finished with a subtle metallic-look detail at the base. The proportions are balanced for domestic dining spaces, offering a clean, modern aesthetic that avoids excessive ornamentation while maintaining a sophisticated, warm material palette.

The download is a 66.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy scene management, allowing users to quickly position the table and chairs independently. The materials are mapped for immediate rendering, and the geometry is clean, ensuring efficient viewport performance. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly placed at the base of the legs for simple floor-plane alignment, and adjust the light intensity of the included pendant fixtures to match the specific exposure settings of the interior scene.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, high-end apartment projects, and boutique hotel dining areas, this 6-seater set fits well within contemporary or mid-century modern design schemes. It pairs effortlessly with minimalist pendant lighting, neutral wall treatments, and hardwood flooring. Professionals searching for a complete dining solution will find this set useful for quick interior staging where a cohesive, high-quality look is required. It is a versatile asset for architects and interior designers working on breakfast nooks, formal dining spaces, or open-plan living areas.
