Contemporary Grey Fabric and Dark Wood Bench with Metal Frame

This contemporary 3ds Max bench features a grey fabric upholstered seat on a dark wood base with a black metal frame and handles. This bench presents a clean, linear silhouette suitable for refined interiors. The primary seating surface is a rectangular cushion upholstered in a textured grey fabric. This is supported by a dark-stained timber platform that extends beyond the seat at both ends, creating small integrated side tables. The entire assembly is cradled by a minimalist black metal frame that rises at the ends to form functional, grip-friendly handles wrapped in light-coloured accents. The proportions are low and elongated, providing a balanced profile that integrates seamlessly into various modern spatial layouts without overwhelming the surrounding furniture.

The download is a 15 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is structured for efficient placement as a single object. Users should check the pivot point at the base for easy snapping to floor surfaces. The materials are logically grouped, allowing for quick adjustments to the fabric texture or wood finish via the material editor. Given the clean geometry, it is well-suited for populating scenes as a focal point or a secondary accent piece, and the included decorative props can be easily detached if a cleaner look is required.

Ideal for residential entryways, bedroom foot-of-bed placement, or upscale hospitality lobbies, this versatile bench functions as both a seating solution and a display surface. It pairs effectively with minimalist consoles, platform beds, or contemporary hallway storage units. Professionals looking for high-quality accent furniture often search for "modern entry bench," "upholstered bedroom bench," or "minimalist wood and metal seating" to find pieces that offer both utility and aesthetic appeal. Its neutral palette allows it to complement a wide range of interior colour schemes.
