About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a natural wood table and four upholstered chairs with a refined, minimalist aesthetic. The set comprises a rectangular dining table with tapered legs and a smooth wooden surface, paired with four armchairs. Each chair features a curved wooden frame that supports a two-tone upholstered seat and backrest, combining textured grey and blue fabric panels. The design leans into contemporary sensibilities, prioritising clean lines and organic wood tones. Included is a curated tabletop arrangement of dinnerware, glassware, and decorative elements such as a small potted plant and a framed print, which provide a complete, ready-to-render composition for interior visualisation projects requiring a balanced, lived-in feel.

The download is an 11.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a grouped assembly for easy placement within a scene. Users should maintain the layer structure to toggle the decorative accessories on or off depending on the required level of detail. The wood grain and fabric textures are mapped to standard procedural or bitmap shaders, allowing for quick adjustments to the finish or colour palette. Ensure the pivot point is set to the floor plane for accurate snapping during furniture layout and floor plan development.

This dining set is suited for high-end residential interiors, boutique hospitality spaces, and modern restaurant dining areas. It integrates well into open-plan living and dining zones, providing a focal point for contemporary schemes. Professionals can use this asset in project stages ranging from initial concept visualisation to final marketing imagery. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and timber flooring, serving as a versatile solution for architects and interior designers seeking a clean, sophisticated look for their dining room renders.
