About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa 3ds Max model features a grey fabric finish, presented as a complete living room vignette with accessories. The sofa features a clean-lined, contemporary silhouette with a three-cushion seat and backrest configuration. Upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, it sits on slender, minimalist legs. The scene includes a circular natural wood coffee table, a textured round area rug, and a collection of scatter cushions in varied grey tones. A sculptural figure stands to the left of the sofa against a concrete-effect wall panel. This set provides a balanced composition of soft textiles and hard surfaces, suitable for high-end residential interior visualisations requiring a ready-made, cohesive furniture arrangement.

The download is a 46.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max scene directly into their architectural projects to quickly populate living spaces. The objects are organised by layers, allowing for the easy isolation of the sofa, coffee table, or decor items for use in other areas. Materials are pre-assigned and ready for adjustments within the Slate Material Editor. For lighting, the scene responds well to standard interior HDRI setups or photometric lights, ensuring realistic shadows across the fabric and wood surfaces.

This furniture set is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for styling living rooms, open-plan apartments, and modern lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist or industrial-inspired interior schemes. Architects and visualisers searching for 'modern living room furniture', '3-seater sofa set', or 'contemporary lounge styling' will find this asset useful for mid-stage design development and final presentation renders. It is designed to be a focal point in a seating area, adding immediate comfort and detail to a room.
