About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric sofa paired with a marble coffee table and ottoman. This comprehensive furniture vignette centres on a clean-lined, 3-seater sofa upholstered in a textured grey fabric. The set includes a matching cylindrical ottoman draped with a throw, and a circular coffee table featuring a white marble top supported by a geometric black metal wire base. A monochrome area rug with a subtle linear pattern anchors the arrangement. Behind the seating group, a decorative wall panel assembly is styled with a gallery of framed black and white prints, providing a complete, ready-to-render composition for interior visualisation projects that require a cohesive look.

The download is a 42.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a SketchUp model, this scene is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can quickly isolate the sofa, table, or wall decor to suit specific room layouts. The materials are applied as standard textures; ensure the texture paths are re-linked if using a third-party rendering plugin. The asset is scaled for real-world application, allowing for seamless integration into larger architectural models by using the native import or copy-paste functions between active project files.

This sofa scene is ideal for residential interior design visualisations, particularly for staging living rooms, open-plan apartments, or hotel lounge areas. It works effectively in early-stage concept presentations where a quick, high-quality furniture arrangement is needed to communicate spatial scale and material palettes. Professionals searching for 'modern living room set', 'sofa vignette', or 'SketchUp furniture collection' will find this asset useful for populating floor plans and perspective views with minimal adjustment required for a polished finish.
