About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene in SketchUp features a grey fabric finish and includes a coordinating coffee table, rug, and pendant light. This 3-seater sofa features a clean-lined, contemporary silhouette with a neutral grey fabric upholstery. The design includes a set of matching scatter cushions and a draped throw blanket for a lived-in aesthetic. Accompanied by a slim-profile coffee table with a light timber top and slender metal legs, the collection also incorporates a monochrome striped area rug and a textured, cloud-shaped pendant light. The proportions are balanced for residential living spaces, offering a cohesive look that blends soft textile textures with minimalist furniture forms to create a complete and ready-to-render interior arrangement.

The download is an 18 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into a project, import the file as a component to preserve the group structure and layer organisation. Users can easily adjust the placement of individual elements like the pendant light or coffee table to suit specific floor plans. Since the textures are applied as standard materials, they can be scaled or swapped within the native material editor. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to maintain scene control, particularly when managing lighting or additional interior assets.

This seating arrangement is ideal for residential living room visualisations, apartment staging, or modern lounge areas in hospitality projects. The neutral palette allows it to pair seamlessly with various interior styles, from scandinavian to transitional designs. Professionals often search for such complete vignettes when needing to quickly populate residential floor plans or create high-quality interior renders for client presentations. It serves as a foundational asset for designers looking to demonstrate spatial flow and material cohesion in their architectural concepts.
