About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max TV cabinet features a four-door storage configuration finished in contrasting grey and white tones. This low-profile media console presents a clean, linear aesthetic suitable for modern living spaces. The unit is divided into four distinct storage compartments, each fronted by a solid white door panel. The main body is finished in a deep grey, creating a sharp visual contrast with the lighter top surface. Minimalist brass-toned horizontal handles are mounted on each door, providing both functional grip and a metallic accent. The entire assembly is supported by short, understated legs, maintaining a sleek, elevated silhouette that avoids visual clutter while offering substantial internal storage capacity.

The download is a 2.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

For integration into 3ds Max scenes, ensure the unit is placed on the floor plane using the base of the legs as the primary snap point. The model is structured with logical grouping, allowing for easy material assignment to the individual door fronts or the main cabinet carcass. Users can quickly adjust the brass hardware reflectivity to match specific lighting setups, while the clean geometry allows for efficient light map baking or real-time rendering adjustments to suit the desired interior aesthetic.

Ideal for residential living rooms, this media console pairs effectively with minimalist interiors and contemporary decor schemes. It provides a practical solution for housing AV equipment, gaming consoles, or general living room storage. Designers often search for this type of low-profile cabinetry when specifying furniture for open-plan apartments or compact media suites. Its neutral colour palette ensures versatility across various design styles, working well alongside modern shelving units, area rugs, and wall-mounted televisions in both professional visualization projects and high-end residential planning.
