The download is an 18.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy isolation of the table, stool, and accessories. Users should verify the scale against project units upon merging. The materials are assigned via standard material slots, allowing for quick adjustments to the metallic gold finish or wood grain mapping. Lights are placed as individual objects, enabling independent control over the intensity and colour temperature of the wall sconce during the final lighting pass in your preferred render engine.

Ideal for luxury residential master bedrooms, walk-in closets, or boutique hotel suites, this set provides a polished focal point for dressing areas. It pairs well with neutral palettes, marble flooring, or soft textile wall coverings. Professionals searching for a refined vanity solution will find this asset suitable for high-end residential projects, interior design presentations, or architectural fly-throughs. The set is designed to be placed against a feature wall to complement the integrated lighting and mirror elements effectively.
