About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a pair of tan leather armchairs arranged with a marble-top side table and circular rug. This lounge set comprises two armchairs upholstered in tan leather, featuring a sleek, curved silhouette and slim, dark metal legs. The accompanying side table rests on a minimalist black pedestal base and is topped with a circular piece of black veined marble. A large, circular, light grey rug with a spiral-textured weave serves as the base for the arrangement. The set is completed by small decorative elements on the table, providing a cohesive look for a sophisticated seating area. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for both compact and spacious interiors.

The download is a 13 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Integrate this set into SketchUp projects by importing the file as a component to ensure easy manipulation and placement. The geometry is organised into logical groups, allowing for independent modification of the chairs, table, or rug if required. Apply custom textures to the leather surfaces for closer material control, or use the native geometry for quick massing and visualisation. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against the floor plane before finalising the scene composition and applying lighting settings for your preferred rendering output.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or high-end office reception areas, this seating arrangement provides a refined focal point. It pairs well with modern interior schemes, complementing neutral palettes and minimal decor. Professionals can use this asset when populating floor plans or creating interior perspectives for luxury apartment designs or boutique hospitality projects.
