Contemporary Grey and Brown Leather Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for 3ds Max includes a modular leather sofa, a lounge chair, and nesting tables in a curated layout. This furniture collection features a large, low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in charcoal grey leather, complemented by a contrast tan leather chaise end. The set includes a matching tan leather armchair with a curved backrest and solid base. Centred in the arrangement are two nesting coffee tables with circular tops, featuring a black metal frame and a glossy white surface. Decorative elements such as throw cushions in coordinating tones and a minimalist vase with dried botanicals are included to complete the composition, offering a balanced contrast between the deep grey tones and warm tan accents.

The download is a 48.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this 3ds Max set directly into a project scene to populate lounge areas efficiently. The objects are grouped logically, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of the sofa, chair, or table elements. Materials are mapped with standard texture channels, and the pivot points are correctly set at the base of each piece, facilitating alignment with floor planes. The geometry is clean, suitable for high-quality architectural visualisations requiring cohesive furniture arrangements and realistic material representation.
