Contemporary Grey and Beige Fabric Booth Seating Scene

This contemporary booth seating scene for SketchUp features upholstered banquettes and white dining tables with pendant lighting. This collection represents a modular commercial seating arrangement designed for high-traffic dining environments. The set includes two back-to-back booth clusters, each paired with a slim-profile white dining table and a central pedestal base. The upholstery combines charcoal grey leather-look bases with textured beige or grey fabric backrests, providing a refined, durable finish. Slender white pendant globes are suspended above each table, creating a cohesive visual unit. The geometry is clean and linear, focusing on efficiency and comfort for restaurant or cafe layouts, with distinct high-back partitions that offer acoustic privacy between adjacent dining groups.

The download is a 6.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this file is organised as a set of grouped components, allowing for easy placement and alignment within a larger floor plan. Users can modify the material textures by accessing the secondary material browser to match specific interior palettes. The lighting fixtures are separated into individual groups, enabling precise positioning or replacement with custom light sources. For optimal performance, ensure all textures are mapped correctly after scaling the model to fit specific room dimensions or site-specific spatial constraints.
