Contemporary Fabric Upholstered Modular Sofa Set

This contemporary fabric upholstered modular sofa set for SketchUp features various configurations including lounge chairs and ottomans. This modular sofa collection offers a versatile seating solution defined by clean, boxy silhouettes and plush, fabric-upholstered surfaces. The set includes a multi-seat primary sofa, matching armchairs, and coordinating ottomans, allowing for multiple spatial arrangements. Each piece features deep seat cushions and structured backrests, finished with simple, minimalist lines that suit diverse interior aesthetics. The neutral fabric textures are designed to be easily swapped or scaled, providing a flexible base for various living room layouts. The set is presented in multiple colour variations, showcasing the adaptability of the geometry for different design schemes.

The download is a 19.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these components are organised as individual groups, allowing for easy placement and modular arrangement within your floor plan. Use the move and rotate tools to snap pieces into place, or scale the geometry to fit specific room dimensions without compromising the clean lines. Material application is straightforward; simply replace the existing textures with your preferred fabric shaders or colours using the paint bucket tool. The file is lightweight, ensuring smooth navigation even when multiple furniture sets are included in larger project scenes.
