About this asset

This contemporary fabric L-shaped sectional sofa set for SketchUp features a modular configuration with matching ottomans and tables. The set consists of a modular L-shaped sectional sofa, accompanied by a low-profile coffee table and a square ottoman. The seating units exhibit a clean-lined, contemporary aesthetic with deep cushions and integrated back supports. The upholstery is depicted in multiple texture options, including solid white, deep red, and a light wood-grain pattern. The coffee table consists of two distinct rectangular blocks, providing a functional surface arrangement. This collection is designed as a cohesive living room grouping, offering flexibility in layout and styling through its varied colour and texture configurations.

The download is a 23 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, the geometry is organised into components, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of the sofa modules and tables. Users can apply custom materials to the fabric and wood surfaces using the material editor to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled for standard residential floor plans, making it simple to drop into a scene and align with wall geometry. It is recommended to use the outliner to manage individual pieces for precise placement.

This sectional sofa set is suitable for residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, and contemporary lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist decor, accent rugs, and floor lamps, as shown in the preview scenes. Designers typically use this asset for interior visualisation, concept development, and client presentations where a versatile, modern seating arrangement is required. The modular nature of the pieces makes it ideal for testing spatial flow and furniture placement in open-plan living environments or compact apartment designs.
