Contemporary Fabric Curtain and Blind Set

This contemporary SketchUp model set provides a diverse collection of fabric curtains and blinds in various configurations for window treatments. This comprehensive collection features sixteen distinct window treatment designs, ranging from pleated floor-length drapes to modern roller and roman blinds. The set includes single-panel and double-panel layouts, some featuring tie-back details and layered sheer and opaque fabrics. The aesthetic is clean and versatile, focusing on neutral tones including white, grey, and black. Each model is detailed with realistic folds and textile draping, providing a natural look for interior visualisations. The variety of styles allows for consistent window dressing across different rooms, from bedrooms to living areas, ensuring a cohesive design language throughout the project.

The download is a 184 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 16 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are best managed by importing them into a dedicated 'Curtains' or 'Window Treatments' layer to maintain scene organisation. Users can easily scale the components to fit specific window apertures and adjust the material textures to suit custom colour palettes. Applying soft-focus or transparency settings to the sheer curtain components enhances the realism of light filtration in renders. Grouping the curtains ensures they remain manageable when adjusting the placement of other furniture items within the room model.
