About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set in SketchUp features a walnut table, slatted-back chairs, and a chain-suspended pendant light. The set comprises a rectangular dining table with an X-frame base, finished in a warm walnut tone. Six matching dining chairs feature vertical slatted backrests and upholstered seat cushions in a neutral beige fabric. A rustic-industrial pendant light, suspended by chains from a central timber beam, hangs directly above the table, incorporating multiple spherical metallic shades. The entire assembly sits upon a rectangular rug, creating a cohesive visual unit. Every component is modelled with attention to the grain orientation of the timber and the structural geometry of the chair frames.

The download is a 77.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 8 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a nested group or component, allowing for easy placement and rotation within a floor plan. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be adjusted via the material editor for custom scaling or colour mapping. The pendant light and table are grouped separately, enabling independent positioning if required. Users should ensure the model origin is set to the floor plane for accurate insertion into interior scenes.

This dining set is ideal for contemporary residential projects, particularly open-plan dining areas or formal dining rooms. Professionals searching for a complete dining room solution will find this set efficient for high-quality architectural visualisations. It is suitable for staging luxury apartments, boutique hotels, or modern family homes, providing a balanced, ready-to-render composition that fits seamlessly into various project stages from early concept to final presentation.
