Contemporary Dark Wood Double Bed Set

This contemporary double bed set in SketchUp features three distinct timber frame designs with high-quality fabric bedding elements. This collection comprises three distinct double bed models, each showcasing a minimalist timber frame construction. The designs range from a dark-stained, traditional-style headboard frame to a natural light-wood platform style with curved, ergonomic backrests. Each model includes a complete set of soft furnishings: mattresses, pillows, and draped duvets with realistic fabric folds and textures. The proportions are balanced for standard bedroom layouts, offering a mix of solid, robust wooden structures and softer, inviting textile components that add visual depth to the overall composition of each piece in the set.

The download is a 141 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised into groups to facilitate easy placement and scaling within your master bedroom scenes. Users should manage the high-detail fabric geometry by placing these assets on dedicated layers to maintain viewport performance. Material slots are pre-assigned, allowing for quick adjustments to wood stains or fabric colours using the native materials editor. Ensure the axes are positioned at the centre of the base for efficient snapping to floor planes and wall alignments during the interior design process.
