In 3ds Max, this asset arrives as a single, organised object. Users should check the pivot point upon insertion, as the integrated table requires precise alignment within the floor plan. Apply your preferred materials to the existing UV maps to match specific interior schemes. The model is scaled for standard residential heights, making it easy to snap into place. Use the provided geometry to populate high-end lounge scenes, adjusting the material IDs to control the leather and fabric finishes independently for rapid iteration.

Ideal for high-end residential projects and luxury hotel lobbies, this sofa works well as a centerpiece in circular or open-plan seating arrangements. It pairs naturally with modern coffee tables and minimalist area rugs to anchor a living room or executive lounge space. Architects and interior designers often search for curved modular seating to break up rigid, linear floor plans. This piece is particularly effective in residential design stages where a statement furniture item is required to define a conversational zone.
